Refund policy

If there is an issue with your order, Mary Jean Ruhnke won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - she will do everything she can to make it right.

Below are her policies on returns for each product. She honors a 30 day return policy on eligible products. She does her best to offer color accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If color calibrations are of concern, she recommends viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.) and/or reaching out to her directly for a video of the item you are interested in.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Fine Art Prints (eligibility varies): Prints are very delicate (one could say extremely). Only if prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, she reserves the right to deny a refund.

Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final.
