Mary Jean Ruhnke is dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible.  Please note that on occasion, delays in dispatching orders may occur if artwork is going viral on social media. She apologizes in advance for any inconvenience and thanks you greatly for your patience.

Mary Jean Ruhnke is unable to change the address once it has dispatched from her studio. Please contact her through the contact page as soon as possible. Mary Jean Ruhnke LLC is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout.
