In The Weight Of Your Stillness, I painted the moment when loss settles in and everything else fades away. A crow stays behind, unwilling to leave her mate, surrounded by delicate blue thistle drawn in ink. The stillness is unbearable and beautiful all at once. I know that feeling—the wish for time to stop, just long enough to hold on a little longer. This piece is my quiet goodbye.

Original mixed media work of art is created on 24”x24” canvas. Framed in a white wood frame (final dimensions with frame are 25”x25”x2”). Created in 2025.

Please know the original will be on museum exhibition October 2025-March 2026, so if you purchase the original it will be shipped to you in March 2026 after the exhibition.
